Job summary

Talent Realised is seeking a Studio Creative Lead to head a new in-house studio for a well-known Australian retail brand. The role is hands-on, overseeing intake, priorities, workflow and quality on every outgoing asset.

You will shoot, edit and produce alongside the team, and act as the main interface with brand and media agencies to ensure briefs land clearly. On-site in Sydney, permanent role with a lean, AI-enabled workflow.

Qualifications

• Senior creative or design leadership experience in retail or fast-moving multi‑channel environments.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; ability to shoot and edit when needed.
• Experience using AI production tools for imagery, video and voice.
• Experience managing studio workflows using Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Run the studio day to day, intake, priorities, workflow and service levels.
• Create, produce, shoot and edit with the team during peak periods.
• Be the studio’s main interface with Head of Marketing and agencies to ensure briefs land clearly.
• Build and manage the freelance bench and offshore support.
• Coach and develop a team of 4 and document playbooks.
• Own performance reporting on turnaround, cost and volume.
