Searchability® in Sydney is seeking a Senior Videographer & Editor to lead the creation of high‑impact video content across interviews, explainers, ads and social formats. You’ll shoot, light and record audio on location and in studio, then drive post‑production to deliver on‑brand videos for owned media and paid channels.

Qualifications

• Portfolio/showreel with interviews, social content and short-form video.
• Experience with lighting and audio for studio and on-location shoots.
• Strong storytelling and brand tone sense.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple edits.
• Team player with willingness to learn and take direction.

Responsibilities

• Film across interviews, behind‑the‑scenes content, promos and YouTube series.
• Post‑production: edit footage into on‑brand content for social and paid channels.
• Assist with lighting and audio setup for studio and on location shoots.
• Manage video assets and support with scripting when needed.
• Stay current with platform trends and visual best practices.
