Job summary

Club Pilates Mission Viejo is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee all studio functions from sales to instructors. You will lead membership growth, drive revenue across memberships, retail, private training, and instructor training, and hire, train, and manage Sales Associates. Location: Forrestfield, Perth, Western Australia.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple revenue streams and staff schedules.
• Proficiency with ClubReady and studio software.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classes.
• Membership sales and revenue growth across channels.
• Manage staff schedule and supervise Sales Associates.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for studio retail/products.
• Hire/train/instruct Sales Associates and studio instructors.
• Utilize ClubReady for revenue and attendance reporting.
• Mentor instructors and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
• Make decisions related to high level customer service.
• Collect outstanding dues and manage finances
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio.
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures.
• Coordinate forms, supplies, and studio literature.
• Schedule networking/community events and promotions.
• Strategize marketing campaigns to generate leads.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
