Job summary

STUDIO BELLE, a luxury residential interior design studio in Sydney, seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across renovations and new builds. You will lead sales, partnerships and marketing/PR, connecting with architects, builders and referral partners to convert conversations into signed projects.

Reporting to the CEO, this standalone role is designed for rapid growth into senior leadership.

Qualifications

Proven track record of success in previous roles.
Experience in luxury interior design, real estate, or hospitality is a plus.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Commercial mindset with ability to hit ambitious targets.
Autonomous and organised with own pipeline ownership.

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect and win new business across residential renovation and new-build projects.
Build and manage a strong pipeline from first contact to signed project.
Develop and own strategic partnerships with architects, builders, buyers agents, developers and other partners.
Represent STUDIO BELLE at industry events, networking and client meetings.
Consult with prospective clients on scope and fit before handing over to design team.
Maintain accurate CRM and report pipeline and activity to CEO.
Collaborate with Creative Director and design team for smooth handover from sale to delivery.
Own STUDIO BELLE's marketing and PR agency relationship to support growth.
Explore new markets and growth opportunities to accelerate business growth.
