Cooloola Christian College (CCC) is a small independent Christian P-12 school based in Gympie's Southside. We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our dynamic Student Services team on a part-time basis. The role supports students, families and staff with attendance, late arrivals and health needs in a caring Christian environment.

The position is 6.5 hours per day, five days per week, 42 weeks per year, with job-sharing considered. Start date is 13 July 2026.

Qualifications

• Provide admin support to students, families and staff.
• Manage student absences, late arrivals and early departures.
• Deliver first aid and respond to student health needs.
• Assist the Administration Team with administrative tasks.
