Job summary

Calvary Christian College Townsville is seeking a part-time, term-time Student Services Administrator to join the Student Services Team from Term 1, 2027. The role supports the Director: Wellbeing & Culture and Heads of Houses in processing student services data and maintaining compliance, with additional duties in Learning Enrichment administration.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director: Wellbeing & Culture and Heads of Houses with processing student services data for compliance.
• Provide administrative support to the Learning Enrichment department.
• Develop and maintain accuracy of student services records and data.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and workload management.
