National Academy of Professional Studies in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Student Recruitment Manager to drive enrolments, strengthen education agent partnerships, and support strategic marketing initiatives.

This role suits a recruitment or business development professional with international education experience who will engage with prospective students, education agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Formación

• Minimum of one year's experience in the Higher Education sector, or three years in the VET sector.
• Mandarin or other East Asian language skills will be highly regarded.
• Proven success in student recruitment, sales, business development, or a related field.
• A sound understanding of international student recruitment and Genuine Student requirements.
• Experience working with education agents and developing recruitment partnerships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Drive student recruitment activities and achieve enrolment targets.
• Manage prospective student enquiries and convert leads into enrolments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international education agents.
• Support the planning and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Represent NAPS at student recruitment events, education exhibitions, school visits, and agent briefings.
• Monitor recruitment activity, market trends, and lead conversion performance.
• Collaborate closely with Admissions, Academic, and Student Services teams to ensure a seamless student journey from enquiry to enrolment.

Position Summary

As NAPS continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and results-oriented Student Recruitment Manager to drive student enrolments, strengthen education agent partnerships, and support the delivery of strategic marketing initiatives.

This role is well suited to a recruitment or business development professional with experience in international education and a strong understanding of the higher education sector. You will play a key role in supporting the growth of the institution and contributing to the achievement of enrolment targets.

Working as part of a small and supportive team, you will engage with prospective students, education agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive and seamless student recruitment experience.

NAPS has offices in Sydney CBD and Melbourne CBD. Applicants from either city are encouraged to apply.

To be successful in this role, you will bring a combination of recruitment expertise, relationship management skills, and a genuine commitment to supporting student success.

You will possess:
