Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in Higher Education or 3 years in the VET sector.
• Mandarin or other East Asian language skills will be highly regarded.
• Proven success in student recruitment, sales, business development, or a related field.
• Experience working with education agents and recruitment partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Drive student recruitment activities and achieve enrolment targets.
• Manage prospective student enquiries and convert leads into enrolments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local and international education agents.
• Support planning and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Represent NAPS at student recruitment events, education exhibitions, and agent briefings.
• Monitor recruitment activity, market trends, and lead conversion performance.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Academic, and Student Services teams to ensure a seamless student journey from enquiry to enrolment.
