OVERVIEW The National Academy of Professional Studies (NAPS) is seeking a Student Recruitment Manager to support student enrolment growth and strengthen recruitment partnerships across the higher education sector in Australia. Based in either Sydney or Melbourne, this role focuses on student recruitment, education agent engagement, and marketing support within a collaborative team environment. The position is suited to professionals with experience in international education, recruitment, sales, or business development who can contribute to enrolment targets and student engagement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Drive student recruitment activities and achieve enrolment targets.
- Manage prospective student enquiries and convert leads into enrolments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international education agents.
- Support the planning and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Represent NAPS at student recruitment events, education exhibitions, school visits, and agent briefings.
- Monitor recruitment activity, market trends, and lead conversion performance.
- Collaborate closely with Admissions, Academic, and Student Services teams to ensure a seamless student journey from enquiry to enrolment.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in the higher education sector, or three years of experience within the VET sector.
- Demonstrated success in student recruitment, sales, business development, or a related field.
- Sound understanding of international student recruitment and Genuine Student requirements.
- Experience working with education agents and developing recruitment partnerships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Mandarin or other East Asian language skills are highly regarded.
