Responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities and rosters for Student Operations Officers.
• Act as operational link, sharing priorities and training needs across the team.
• Maintain shift documentation, SOPs and operational reports for continuous improvement.
• Assist with inductions, workshops and training administration including attendance records.
• Support makerspace access and supervision for student projects.
