Job summary

Xavier Catholic College in Albury is seeking a Student Movement Manager to support the Leader of Student Wellbeing and the Enrolment Team. The role involves planning and coordinating the movement of students into and out of the school and assisting daily staff replacements.

You will work closely with the Business Manager and the Principal, adapt to change, communicate with all stakeholders, use discretion, and make decisions to keep student services running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience providing executive administrative support in a team with scheduling, records maintenance and data entry.
• Respect for confidentiality, privacy and dignity of all involved.
• Tech-savvy; ability to use technology in multiple formats.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and operations of the movement of students in and out of Xavier Catholic College.
• Assist daily support staff replacements and coordinate with leadership and administration.
• Collaborate with the Business Manager and the Principal to manage workload and respond to changes.
