Accor Apartments & Realty in Sydney is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead operational performance, maintenance, compliance, and long-term asset strategy across a portfolio of purpose-built student accommodation communities.

Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, you will steer building operations, contractor management, capital works, sustainability, and regulatory compliance to ensure safe, efficient environments and exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven facilities management experience in residential or hospitality sectors.
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management.
• Experience managing contractors and maintenance programmes.
• Ability to oversee budgets and capital works.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead building operations and maintenance strategies across multiple properties.
• Manage contractors, suppliers, and service agreements to optimise performance.
• Drive WHS, risk management, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Oversee maintenance budgets, capital works projects, and asset lifecycle.
• Foster stakeholder relationships while delivering resident experiences.
