Job summary

Le Cordon Bleu is seeking a Student Service Officer to provide student-centric administrative and customer service support on campus. The role focuses on managing enrolment records, issuing transcripts and certificates, coordinating orientations and major campus events, and assisting with welfare checks under supervision.

Working with the Student Services Manager, you will liaise with other departments and offshore staff to prepare reports and ensure compliance with visa requirements and DHA

Responsibilities

• Attending to student queries (face-to-face, telephone or email) within appropriate timeframe.
• Maintaining student records via electronic and hardcopy filing systems and SMS.
• Issuing attendance, learning agreements, progress notices, transcripts, letters, parchments and certificates.
• Planning and delivering orientations and assisting with student events such as Welcome Events and Graduations.
• Conducting welfare checks and liaising with DHA visa reporting through PRISMS as directed by senior staff.
