Job summary

Scape Australia is hiring a casual Customer Experience team member in Sydney Inner City, Scape Cleveland, to welcome residents, visitors, and stakeholders. You’ll be the face of Scape, ensuring everyone feels welcomed, supported, and heard.

Day-to-day you will manage front-of-house tasks, leases, and records with accuracy, build connections with residents, and help organise events and student programs to create a vibrant community.

Qualifications

• Energetic and able to engage with young adults.
• Organised, multitasker in a fast-paced environment.
• Calm when handling resident queries.
