Job summary

Scape Australia is seeking a casual Customer Experience team member to be the face of the community. You will manage front-of-house operations, welcome residents, handle check-ins, and support events to create a vibrant student living experience.

The role requires energetic, customer-focused communication and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism with students and visitors.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Able to engage with students and young adults professionally.
• Willingness to undertake a National Police Check and WWCC prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and visitors at front desk and manage check-ins/outs.
• Build connections and respond to resident requests with care.
• Handle leases, accounts, and records accurately.
• Support events and community programs to enhance resident experience.
