Job summary

The University of Liverpool’s ULMS seeks an Employability Co-ordinator on a fixed-term basis to support undergraduate and postgraduate students with employability activities across the School.

You will join the Management School Employability Team, coordinating events, managing risk assessments for placements and reference requests, and delivering high-quality administrative support to ensure a positive student journey from enrolment to graduation.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an office environment and using standard admin systems.
• Experience coordinating and promoting events and activities is advantageous.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and promote a wide range of employability events and activities.
• Provide high-quality administrative support to the Employability Team.
• Support management of reference requests and ensure timely, professional handling.
• Assist in risk assessments for placements, events and student-facing activities.
• Support delivery of an outstanding student experience from enrolment through graduation.
