Job summary

University of Queensland is seeking an Employability Program Advisor within the EAIT Employability team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality co‑curricular employability programs that connect students with industry and alumni, helping them explore career pathways and gain work-ready exposure.

You will oversee planning, coordination and delivery, collaborating with partners to maximise student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated experience supporting student engagement programs.
• Proven experience coordinating multiple programs or initiatives to deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across teams to build partnerships.
• Highly organised with advanced admin skills and proficient in digital systems for delivery, data capture, communications and reporting.
• Experience planning and delivering events or activities with smooth logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of EAIT’s co-curricular employability programs, including on-campus panels, networking sessions, site visits and mentoring.
• Manage program logistics, communications, resources and participant experiences, collaborating with industry partners and alumni to maximise engagement.
• Collect and analyse participation data and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and inform improvements.
• Contribute to streamlined team systems and processes to enhance efficiency and student experience.
