Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Sydney seeks a Workplace Manager to provide strategic management and continuous improvement of outsourced services across Facility Management, Records Management, and Business Support. You will ensure safe, compliant facilities while meeting KPIs and budgets, driving service excellence and client satisfaction.

Reporting to the Account Manager, you will oversee procurement, training, and cross-functional coordination to deliver value and maintain high standards

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in facilities management, property management, hospitality or related field.
• Proven leadership experience managing, training and developing high-performing teams in collaborative environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in vendor management and third-party supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team across the Statement of Work.
• Oversee third-party services to ensure delivery at optimum cost and accountability.
• Maintain clear communication from issue to resolution and train staff on systems.
• Manage sites and client assets, inspections, fire protection, and building services.
• Ensure safety compliance, coordinate security and supplier oversight in sensitive areas.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and maintain first aid facilities.
