Job summary

Sharp and Carter is seeking a Kronos/UKG specialist to review and optimise the Kronos environment, identify improvements, and establish robust processes, documentation and training to support long-term success. Immediate start available for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Sydney CBD with flexible working arrangements.

You will partner with HR, Payroll and Operations to drive best practice, resolve issues, and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Kronos/UKG systems and HRIS background required.
• Understanding of awards, payroll processes and compliance requirements.
• Experience troubleshooting and optimising system configurations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience delivering process improvement or systems projects.

Having recently implemented Kronos, the business is looking for a specialist to review the current environment, identify improvement opportunities, optimise system configurations, and establish robust processes, documentation and training frameworks to support long-term success.

• Review and optimise Kronos system configurations
• Investigate and resolve system and process issues
• Improve award, overtime and payroll-related rule configurations
• Develop documentation, process maps and user guides
• Create training materials and support capability uplift across the business
• Partner with HR, Payroll and Operational stakeholders to drive best practice
• Ensure system integrity and compliance requirements are met

About You

• Proven experience with Kronos / UKG systems
• Strong HRIS, Systems or Time & Attendance background
• Experience troubleshooting and optimising system configurations
• Understanding of awards, payroll processes and compliance requirements
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience delivering process improvement or systems projects
