Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in HR/Organisational field.
- Extensive experience in strategic workforce planning, organisational development, workforce analytics and/or organisational effectiveness.
- Professional certification with AHRI, CIPD or SHRM desirable.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver organisation-wide programs.
- Experience developing, implementing and evaluating workforce strategies.
- Alignment with Council's values.

- Lead and deliver organisation-wide workforce programs and initiatives.
- Provide trusted advice on workforce strategy, analytics and capability development.
- Influence decision-making and support leadership effectiveness across the Council.
