Job summary

Toowoomba Regional Council is seeking a Program Lead Organisational Change (2 years Fixed Term) to lead the organisational change workstream for the Transformation Program, guiding enterprise-wide change and coordinating with executive leaders.

Working closely with executive leaders and key stakeholders, therole will drive business readiness, change adoption and capabilitybuilding to support the successful delivery of transformationoutcomes.

The successful candidate will bring experience leadingorganisational change within complex environments, with a demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, navigateambiguity and embed sustainable change across people, processes and ways of working.
