Orchard Advisory, a leading Australian social purpose advisory practice, seeks a consultant to join a growing team. You will build quantitative models for workforce costing, remuneration benchmarking, and governance analytics, while engaging directly with boards and executives to translate data into actionable insights.

You will spend substantial time in the field on engagements, collaborating with partners, and contributing to the development of benchmarking datasets and AI-enabled workflows

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in management consulting or equivalent, preferably with Big Four or governance advisory
• Strong quantitative skills and ability to turn data into a commercial narrative
• Excellent written communication and confidence engaging senior executives
• Willingness to travel interstate for engagements
• Genuine interest in Australian industrial relations, workforce compliance and governance
• Comfort working in a developing practice, balancing analysis with team discussion

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain quantitative workforce costing and remuneration models
• Do field work to understand service models
• Write board-ready reports and presentations
• Participate in client workshops and board meetings with the partner
• Grow benchmarking datasets and methodologies from each engagement
• Use AI tools to accelerate research and analysis
