Your work turns workforce, financial and regulatory data into actionable advice. You will build models, conduct fieldwork, draft reports, and present findings with the partner, while expanding benchmarking datasets and using AI

Qualifications

• Two to five years in management consulting.
• Strong quantitative skills and ability to turn data into a commercial narrative.
• Clear, confident writing and ability to engage with executives.

Responsibilities

• Build workforce costing models, ratio analyses and remuneration benchmarking.
• Conduct fieldwork and client workshops.
• Write board-ready reports and presentations.
• Present findings with the partner.
• Grow benchmarking datasets and methodologies from every engagement.
• Use AI tools to automate research and accelerate analysis.
