Job summary

The City of Adelaide is seeking a Coordinator Workforce Development to sit in our People Experience team, shaping how staff grow, develop and thrive. You’ll partner with people leaders to design, deliver and evaluate workforce development initiatives that build capability.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting the identification and design of workforce development initiatives.
• Experience researching best practice and analysing industry trends with recommendations.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with key stakeholders and understand their needs.
• Understanding of project life cycle and cross-functional collaboration strategies.
• Experience applying best practice to the delivery of connection, attraction and engagement initiatives and monitoring outcomes.
