Job summary

Manpower Australia in Adelaide is seeking a seasoned Manager Talent & Performance to design and continuously improve enterprise talent and performance frameworks, guiding governance, reviews and retention initiatives across the organisation.

You will lead a high-performing team, partner with People & Culture stakeholders, influence leadership, and drive workforce planning, succession planning and capability development to enable sustainable growth.

Qualifications

Experience designing and delivering enterprise talent solutions.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Strong expertise in talent management, succession planning and capability development.
Experience leading organisational change and influencing leaders at all levels.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Design and continuously improve Talent Management frameworks, governance and processes.
Lead enterprise-wide talent reviews and calibration activities.
Develop and implement succession planning strategies to build leadership capability.
Identify talent risks and gaps, partnering with leaders on solutions.
Utilise workforce data to support strategic decision-making.
Lead and coach a team of Talent & Performance professionals.
Build relationships with senior leaders and People & Culture stakeholders.
Influence leaders on strategic, future-focused talent and workforce planning.
