Job summary

Core Talent is recruiting for a Business Development Manager in Queensland, Australia. You will be responsible for identifying, developing and winning new business opportunities in the waste and recycling sector, handling prospecting, cold calling, in-person meetings, and tender opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have B2B sales experience in waste or manufacturing, strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, and the drive to manage their own pipeline and hit ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales within waste/recycling or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to generate new business.
• Confident with cold calling and face-to-face meetings.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with pipeline ownership and sales targets.

Responsibilities
