Qualifications

• Proven sales or business development in skip bin/front lift/commercial waste
• Strong knowledge of waste collection industry, pricing and customer needs
• Established industry contacts and ability to develop new relationships
• Proven lead generation, negotiation and contract closure
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management
• Proactive, self-motivated with strong commercial awareness
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in skip bin and front lift waste collection services
• Develop relationships with commercial, industrial and construction customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable waste collection and management solutions
• Generate leads, prepare quotes, negotiate agreements and secure ongoing contracts
• Work closely with management and operations to deliver commercially viable solutions
• Identify market opportunities and contribute to business growth
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
