Job summary

EY in Sydney is seeking a Communications and Design Senior Consultant to drive transformation communications with a creative and user‑experience mindset. You will shape narratives, brief designers, and ensure high‑quality campaign assets across multiple audiences.

The role blends marketing, communications and change management, with hybrid work options and a focus on adoption and engagement in client transformations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a marketing, creative agency, campaign, communications or consulting environment.
• Excellent writing skills – ability to shift tone and format across audiences.
• Experience developing campaign concepts and translating them into briefs for designers/production teams.
• Strong eye for design and working capability in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator).
• Comfortable with established client brands and visual identities, adapting materials for audiences.
• Confident presenting ideas and shaping communication approaches with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the communications workstream on transformation programs – planning, writing and delivering content that drives adoption.
• Design campaigns and write for a range of audiences and formats with ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Apply a user experience mindset to change communications – shaping the journey and assets.
• Brief and guide designers and other creatives, ensuring quality and consistency across delivery.
• Translate complex change objectives into clear messages and engaging experiences for adoption.
