Responsibilities

• Lead the project's learning, workforce capability and compliance strategy.
• Manage and develop a high-performing Training and Development team.
• Ensure training and competency systems meet legislative, contractual and operational requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify capability needs and deliver workforce solutions.
• Drive apprenticeship and traineeship programs to strengthen talent pipelines.
• Identify and implement innovative learning solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
