Job summary

John Holland in Adelaide is delivering the Torrens to Darlington Alliance project and seeking a Structures Supervisor to lead and coordinate structural construction activities on site. You will work with engineers, superintendents and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality and programme milestones are met.

The role requires strong site leadership, knowledge of structural construction methodologies and the ability to manage multiple crews within a complex major infrastructure environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Structures Supervisor or Structures Foreman on major construction projects.
• Strong leadership and the ability to coordinate multiple crews.
• Knowledge of structural construction methodologies, sequencing and quality requirements.
• Committed to safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across project disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily structural construction activities across site.
• Lead multiple crews and subcontractors to achieve planned outcomes.
• Coordinate structural works with engineers, superintendents and other disciplines.
• Ensure works meet drawings, specs, ITPs and quality requirements.
• Monitor progress against programme and address delays or constraints.
• Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and daily coordination with site teams.
• Identify issues and develop practical solutions to maintain progress.
• Maintain records of daily activities, inspections and issues.
