Job summary

Pavement Management Services Pty Ltd is seeking a diligent Tender and Proposals Coordinator in The Rocks, NSW. The role involves turning client specifications into persuasive responses, coordinating tender schedules, and ensuring timely submissions.

You will work with engineers and managers to gather technical and commercial data, manage CVs and project examples, and maintain organised records for future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to read specifications and translate them into a clear response.
• Strong writing, organisational and deadline management skills.
• Experience coordinating tenders, quotations and related opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tenders, quotations and related business opportunities.
• Search tender subscription services and procurement portals for opportunities.
• Review opportunities and determine relevance to services and capabilities.
• Monitor tender emails and forward requests promptly for action.
• Maintain a forward register of deadlines and requirements.
• Prepare preliminary costings and pricing schedules for management review.
• Complete tender response schedules, forms and compliance docs.
• Coordinate information on insurances, experience, personnel, availability and start dates.
• Draft project methodologies translating specs into clear responses.
• Lodge submissions through procurement portals before deadlines.
• Maintain tender records and reusable company information.
• Follow up submitted quotations and capture outcomes/feedback.
