Job summary

Vivid Property Services in Sydney is seeking a Bid Manager to join the Business Development team. This full-time role is based at our Belrose office on Sydney's Northern Beaches, with hybrid flexibility including one work-from-home day per week.

You will develop compelling tender submissions, executive summaries and presentations that showcase our experience, people and service delivery capabilities, and coordinate the end-to-end tender function from enquiry through lodgement.

Qualifications

• Experience in bid coordination, tender management and proposal writing.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce polished, compliant submissions.
• Ability to manage multiple submissions and deadlines.
• Comfort with independent ownership of tender processes.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop high quality tender responses, proposals and other bid related documentation.
• Write clear, compelling and client focused content that communicates Vivid's experience, value proposition and service delivery capabilities.
• Manage the end-to-end tender process, including opportunity tracking, tender registration, bid planning, content development, reviews, approvals and final lodgement.
• Build realistic submission plans, allocate actions, coordinate contributors and keep stakeholders informed of requirements, priorities and due dates.
• Gather and interpret operational, safety, sustainability, commercial and technical information, identifying content gaps and following them through to resolution.
• Review submissions for compliance, accuracy, consistency, brand alignment and presentation quality before approval and lodgement.
• Maintain and continuously improve Vivid's bid library, including case studies, CVs, templates, evidence and reusable content.
