Qualificações

• Experience in Victorian Government or large public sector platforms.
• Knowledge of: Payroll integrations, Identity and access management, Data/reporting platforms.
• Certifications of Agile / Scrum, Cloud or SAP are highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical strategy and roadmap for the HCM platform, ensuring architecture and integrations meet enterprise standards.
• Oversee end-to-end platform delivery, agile practices, configuration, integrations, data migration, and testing.
• Manage system integrators and SaaS vendors, monitor SLAs and contracts.
• Partner with HR, payroll, and workforce teams to translate needs into solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security frameworks; IAM controls.
• Lead and mentor technical specialists, analysts, and platform engineers.
