Job summary

Downer is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead HR to join the Group Technology team within the Chief Financial Officer. You will lead delivery of HR technology changes, partner with People & Culture and business leaders, and ensure platforms are reliable, secure and aligned to priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, engineering, or related field.
• Certifications in service management or governance desirable.
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent is desirable.
• 7+ years in IT, digital services, delivery or related roles.
• Experience in enterprise environments with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Ability translate requirements into practical technology outcomes.
• Experience with governance, risk and continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR technology changes and delivery initiatives.

• Monitor trends in HR tech and AI to improve platforms.
