Qualifications

• Experience advising leaders on people matters within a large public sector or similar organisation.
• Knowledge of VPS Enterprise Agreement and VPS/SSR policies and procedures.
• Proven ability to design and implement workforce planning, recruitment, and performance management processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely HR advice across the employee lifecycle to managers and staff.
• Partner with leaders to support workforce planning and organisational change.
• Coach people leaders to build high-performing teams and capability.
• Develop and review HR policies and procedures in line with legislation.
• Deliver HR projects aligned with workforce priorities and operational needs.
