The BUSY Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead strategic recruitment across our diverse Australian portfolio. You will partner with leaders, build capability, and deliver end-to-end solutions from briefing to offer, ensuring a fair, evidence-based process aligned with modern awards and child-safety checks.

You'll drive sourcing, candidate experience, and data-driven decisions, using our ATS and insights to forecast hiring needs while upholding The BUSY Group's values of respect

Qualifications

• 4+ years in end-to-end recruitment across multiple sectors.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to shape hiring decisions.
• Strong sourcing across channels and social platforms.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and Modern Awards.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment technology.
• Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leaders to deliver end-to-end recruitment strategies.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
• Design sourcing strategies across Seek, social media, and networks.
• Manage screening, shortlisting, and candidate assessments.
• Guide fair, evidence-based selection with hiring managers.
• Prepare offers and employment contracts; ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS and reporting.
