Pacific National is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 6-month max term contract, based in North Sydney or at our Newcastle Terminal. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across operational and corporate portfolios, partnering with leaders to attract and secure top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You will collaborate with the People & Culture team, build strong hiring manager relationships, and drive recruitment strategies across a national business.

Qualifikationen

• Full Australian working rights.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in internal TA, RPO or agency.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Strong communication, organisation and influencing skills.
• Customer-focused mindset delivering outstanding hiring experiences.
• Experience recruiting within logistics, transport or blue-collar environments is valued.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across operational, technical, professional and corporate roles.
• Build partnerships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and recruit effectively.
• Source and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, pipelines and market mapping.
• Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
• Screen, interview, manage offers and onboarding activities.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the lifecycle.
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future roles.
• Collaborate with People & Culture on attraction initiatives and improvements.
• Maintain recruitment data and reporting in systems.
