Pacific National in North Sydney or Newcastle Terminal invites a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 6-month max term contract. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across operational, technical, professional and corporate roles, partnering with leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver top hires.

You will source via LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, ensure an exceptional candidate experience, maintain talent pools, and collaborate with the People & Culture team on attraction

Qualifications

• Full Australian working rights.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in internal TA, RPO or agency environments.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Strong communication, organisation and influencing skills.
• Experience recruiting within logistics, transport, industrial, engineering or blue-collar environments is highly regarded.

About your new role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will join Pacific National's P&C team based in North Sydney or at our Newcastle Terminal for a 6-month max term contract, with a view of extension.

This is a true partnering role where you'll work closely with leaders across diverse business areas to attract, engage and secure top talent. Managing end-to-end recruitment across both operational and corporate portfolios, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional hiring outcomes whilst creating a positive candidate experience.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across operational, technical, professional and corporate roles


• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies


• Source and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent pipelines and proactive market mapping


• Provide market insights, recruitment advice and hiring recommendations to stakeholders


• Facilitate candidate screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding activities


• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle


• Build and maintain talent pools to support current and future workforce requirements
