You will lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior roles across engineering portfolios in NSW/ACT, partnering with hiring managers to tailor high-quality strategies and leveraging innovative approaches.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior roles across Engineering portfolios in NSW & ACT.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored, high-quality hiring strategies.
• Proactively source, engage and assess high-quality talent using direct, market-led and innovative approaches.

Responsibilities

• Balance volume and complexity in a fast-paced recruitment environment while maintaining quality outcomes.
• Provide market insights, guidance and best-practice recruitment advice to stakeholders.
• Leverage recruitment systems, emerging technology, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Ensure governance, process compliance and a positive candidate experience throughout the lifecycle.
