Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced HR degree preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive TA/recruiting experience.
• Experience leading and developing recruitment teams.
• Proven ability to implement modern sourcing strategies and tools.
• Experience with ATS and metrics-driven environments.
• Strong relationship-building with senior leaders.
