carsales is looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across the group. You will partner with Technology, Product, Data, Marketing, Sales and Corporate Functions to attract top talent and improve candidate experience.

You’ll leverage SmartRecruiters, LinkedIn Recruiter and HiBob, drive engagement events and provide insightful reporting to shape hiring priorities. Flexible working options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying, engaging and attracting top talent across a variety of roles.
• In-house recruitment experience in a fast-paced People & Culture environment.
• Exceptional stakeholder management with Hiring Managers from role brief to offer.
• Hands-on ATS management; SmartRecruiters preferred.
• Motivation to learn from diverse people within carsales.
• Flexible and self-motivated to maintain momentum.
• Hosting and engagement skills to lead attraction events.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment experience across carsales and subsidiaries, delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
• Develop and support solutions such as attraction events and manager coaching workshops.
• Manage cyclical talent events like graduate and early careers programs.
• Focus on initiatives that deliver high employee engagement, diversity, quality of hire and retention.
• Work with SmartRecruiters, HiBob and LinkedIn Recruiter to support recruitment.
• Provide regular reporting, sharing trends and insights from candidate and competitor knowledge.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to build capability to attract talent via coaching and workshops.
• Partner with the broader People and Culture team on business projects.
