Capability HR partners with an established Engineering Consultancy to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner. The role focuses on attracting specialist talent, building workforce strategies and shaping employer branding in a competitive market.

You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborate with business leaders, and contribute to graduate programs and broader HR initiatives. A proactive, relationship-driven approach will be essential to success in this varied role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven ability to proactively source, headhunt and engage candidates in competitive markets.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment with a positive candidate and hiring-manager experience.
• Develop proactive sourcing and headhunting strategies to attract talent in competitive markets.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and hiring priorities.
• Build talent pipelines through networks, events and educational partnerships.
• Support development of graduate and internship programmes.
• Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction and market presence.
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation and pre-employment compliance.
• Contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Provide recruitment insights and track hiring performance for process improvements.
• Guide hiring managers on effective interviewing and recruitment practices.
