• Senior Talent Acquisition leadership experience.
• End-to-end recruitment and sourcing expertise.
• Experience recruiting highly specialised roles and developing proactive talent pipelines.
• Strong people leadership with stakeholder management skills.
• Experience implementing recruitment frameworks and diversity initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and evolution of APA's Talent Acquisition strategy.
• Develop and build the capability of the Talent Acquisition team.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and embed TA policies and assessment approaches.
• Leverage automation, data and insights for recruitment effectiveness.
• Lead agency and sourcing partnerships to strengthen pipelines.
