Job summary

APA Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the Talent Acquisition strategy within the People, Safety & Culture team in Brisbane or Melbourne on a 12-month basis. You will manage a team of six, drive end-to-end recruitment, and build sustainable pipelines to meet future workforce needs.

You'll partner with senior leaders, champion inclusion, leverage data to improve hiring outcomes, and embed policies and frameworks to support a compliant, efficient and inclusive recruitment

Qualifications

• Strategic and operational Talent Acquisition leadership experience.
• End-to-end recruitment and sourcing for highly specialised roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Analytical and data-driven approach to improve recruitment outcomes.
• Experience implementing recruitment frameworks, including D&I and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and ongoing evolution of APA's Talent Acquisition strategy.
• Lead, develop and build the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Embed Talent Acquisition policies, procedures and assessment frameworks.
• Utilise data/insights to measure and improve recruitment effectiveness.
• Lead agency and sourcing partnerships to strengthen talent pipelines.
