Responsibilities

Understand overall market strategy, industry trends, and customer needs for all segments in a geography.
Prioritize opportunities with the market president.
Compile solutions to deliver meaningful value for MA customers.
Empower account managers and business developers; support planning and solutioning.
Meet customers to support pitches and understand their needs.
Manage capacity and focus of solution architects and product specialists.
Build agile squads for complex opportunities with the right resources.
Identify and allocate required architects and specialists.
Coordinate resources from other CSCs as needed.
Involve enabling functions (legal, finance, etc.) for solutioning.
Drive pricing strategy and inform commercial propositions for complex solutions.
Track squad performance and take corrective actions.
Provide market intelligence to Product Management and Development.
Advance Mastercard strategic solutions to fit local ecosystems.
Share best practices with other CSCs and drive customer value.
