Job summary

CQUniversity in Australia is seeking a Coordinator, Student Advising Communications to design and deliver targeted, data-informed student communications across multiple channels. You will leverage automation tools and student insights to provide timely information that enhances the student journey and outcomes.

The role focuses on strategic communications, stakeholder engagement and leadership, contributing to student success across CQUniversity’s campuses.

Qualifications

Relevant qualifications in communications, marketing, student engagement or related field.
Experience developing and managing multi-channel communication campaigns.
Knowledge of email marketing platforms and automation tools.
Experience analyzing campaign data and using insights to improve outcomes.
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities
