CQUniversity Australia is seeking a Coordinator, Student Advising Communications to design and deliver strategic, data-informed communications that guide students through key university life stages. You will leverage automation tools and student insights to craft targeted campaigns, improving the overall student experience and outcomes.

You will use student communication systems to analyse data and manage interactions, while leading partnerships across divisions to drive student success at one

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications and/or extensive experience in communications, marketing, student engagement or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing communication campaigns across multiple channels.
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms, automation tools and SQL digital marketing processes.
• Experience analysing campaign performance data and using insights to improve outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and leadership capabilities.
