Job summary
CQUniversity Cairns is seeking a proactive Coordinator, Student Advising Communications to lead the design and delivery of strategic, data-informed student communications. Qualifications
- Qualifications and/or extensive experience in communications, marketing or student engagement.
- Experience developing and managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms, automation tools and SQL.
- Experience analysing campaign performance data and deriving insights.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of strategic, data-informed student communications across channels.
- Leverage automation tools, digital platforms and student insights to target campaigns.
- Develop targeted campaigns that inform and support students at key lifecycle moments.
- Analyse student data to optimise communications and interactions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across campuses to drive student success.
