Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Level 7 Software Sales Manager to drive growth for a software portfolio. You will engage prospects, manage the full sales cycle, and work with product, technical, marketing, and leadership teams to build pipeline and close complex software deals.

You will present products, tailor demonstrations, and travel as needed, while maintaining CRM records and contributing to BD status meetings. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software sales experience with a proven record of exceeding sales metrics.
• 5+ years designing and executing go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; associates require 6+ years.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospects and clients, manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and adapt collateral for audiences.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and participate in BD status meetings.
• Stay informed on market trends, product updates, and buyer needs.
