Accenture seeks a Senior SAP Sales Professional to lead the full sales lifecycle for competitive SAP opportunities, from Phase 0 through contract execution.

The role anchors commercial and solutioning across Sales, Delivery, Technology, Industry, and Alliances, requiring executive influence, strategic vision, and a proven track record in enterprise technology sales and SAP deal closure. Travel 25%–100% may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise technology sales.
• 3+ years closing large, complex SAP deals (S/4HANA, Rise with SAP, BTP, SuccessFactors, Ariba).
• 3+ years carrying individual quota, preferably of $20M+.
• 3+ years working with C-suite and senior stakeholders across client and partner organizations.
• 3+ years cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed, global organization.
• 3+ years experience of P&L awareness, deal structuring, and contract negotiation.
• Industry experience in Products/Retail.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through contract signature in competitive environments.
• Lead client discovery and executive alignment to define ROI and position SAP capabilities ahead of the competition.
• Drive qualification, win strategy development, and competitive positioning at each stage of the pursuit lifecycle.
• Influence client stakeholders at C-suite, VP, and sponsor levels to shape requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Partner with Accenture's SAP practice, industry leads, technology architects, and delivery teams to co-create differentiated SAP solutions.
• Translate complex business challenges into compelling SAP-enabled transformation narratives tied to measurable outcomes.
